Pulaski County uses public-records Form X, titled Public Access Request Form X, for written public-records requests. County policy lists copy fees of $0.10 per page and $0.25 for color copies. Under the Indiana Access to Public Records Act, including IC 5-14-3-3, IC 5-14-3-4, IC 5-14-3-5, and IC 5-14-3-8, response timing differs by request method: an in-person request is treated as denied if there is no response within 24 hours, while mail, fax, and email requests use a 7-day response period.

Use the right source for the kind of record you need:

  • For someone in the county jail, use jail inmate records and then call the jail if the roster is blocked or unclear.
  • For booking photos, use jail roster mugshots and the Form X request path if a photo is not shown online.
  • For charges filed after booking, use court records after a jail arrest and the clerk or court contacts above.
  • For a facility-specific question, use the Pulaski County Jail or Cass/Pulaski Regional Community Corrections pages listed in the footer.
  • For a sentenced Indiana state prisoner, use the Indiana Department of Correction locator rather than the county jail roster.
  • For federal or immigration custody, use the Federal Bureau of Prisons locator or ICE detainee locator.
